GENERAL POLICIES & REGULATIONS Payment Policy: Cash,and Credit Cards are accepted. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Scheduling Policy: Scheduling in advance is mandatory. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Our time together is greatly valued. IMPRESSIONS, Body Solutions request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee of 25% of the value of the service scheduled . Lateness Policy: We uphold our professional standards of being "on time.” Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for parking, & preparing you for your treatment (more for first time clients) so that your Relaxation can begin at the appointment scheduled time. I regret that I cannot give you additional time if you arrive late for your appointment (i.e. your appointment time will still conclude at the scheduled end time). Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to cancellation and the 25% missed appointment fee. *If for any reason I am late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time.
